I built my career leading marketing teams for the global fitness brand Les Mills, where the mission was to help people fall in love with movement. That experience sparked a deep curiosity about what motivates people and how to build high-performing, driven teams.
After returning from international roles in London and Japan, I joined Work Sandy in an operations role to build the structure and process to deliver on our mission to help scale flexible team solutions, connecting top creative and marketing talent with leaders navigating the modern workplace. Through our hard work and focus, we’re proud to have made the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private businesses in the US.
Alongside that work, I combined my passions and experience by launching GrowthEdge, a coaching practice that supports founders and leaders of small, growing organizations as they navigate inflection points, uncertainty, and the pursuit of sustainable success.
